Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Porter to join our team at Rowland's Bar and Grill in New York, New York. As a kitchen Porter you will clean and sanitize the kitchen and all food and drink serving equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items by hand or using dishwashers.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Clean work areas including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking zones.
• Ensure sanitizer levels on dish machines meet health standards.
• Maintain orderly kitchen storage and remove trash.

Job Details

• Shift: Days, Evenings, Holidays, M-F, Weekends
• Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing/walking, lifting up to 70 pounds, frequent bending and reaching.
• Must have full availability.
• Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $19.00
