Overview
Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Host to join our team at Rowland's Bar and Grill in New York, New York. As a Host, you will welcome guests and manage the host station.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a tipped position with an hourly base pay of $18.00. Additional potential tipped earnings apply. Key Responsibilities
- Review floor plans and reservations to create seating charts.
- Seat guests and manage wait times.
- Inspect dining and serving areas for cleanliness and proper setup.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address complaints.
- Answer incoming restaurant telephone calls during assigned hours.
About You
Experience in a guest service environment is preferred. You should be energetic, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and an effective communicator with both guests and colleagues. No high school diploma or GED is required.
Physical Requirements
- Remain on your feet for the entire shift.
- Maneuver between tables and around corners.
- Lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Shift Details
Days, Evenings, Holidays, M-F, and Weekends.
