We need your support in our Customer Demand Management department, located in Gallin (Hamburg Metropolitan Region), as soon as possible as a Customer Demand Specialist Project Sales.
Your Impact as Customer Demand Specialist Project Sales
- Responsibility for customer orders from order release to delivery at the customer's site.
- Timely procurement of products from internal and external suppliers, including initiating international orders and managing timely delivery.
- Synchronization of the supply chain by planning availabilities and monitoring supply chains.
- Cooperation with customer service, transport management, network inventory management, demand planning, DeLaval factories, and external suppliers.
- Generation and maintenance of a transparent overview of open customer projects, incorporating existing processes and systems.
What You Bring
- Successfully completed vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant, preferably also a degree in Supply Chain Management or similar fields.
- Understanding of order management processes.
- Understanding of material, order, and process flows in relation to SAP functionalities.
- Very good planning skills, self-management, and coordination skills.
- Professional experience in Order Fulfillment (processes and procedures).
- Preferably experience in an international production and logistics network.
- Proficient in SAP/ERP or S/4 HANA systems.
- Proficient in MS-Office programs.
- Good to very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
