Client Services Representative – Insurance

About the Role

The Client Services Representative – Insurance at Delaney Agency is a remote, client-facing role. You will support individuals and families who have requested information about insurance solutions and guide them through a structured, compliant process.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with inbound client requests for insurance information.
• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom.
• Ask clear questions to understand client needs.
• Present appropriate insurance options based on needs.
• Assist clients through the application process.
• Follow company systems for scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
• Participate in training and team meetings.

Work Schedule & Compensation

This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling, including potential evening or weekend hours. The position is commission-based with performance incentives and ongoing operational support.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection.
• Comfortable communicating by phone and video.
• Ability to follow structured systems and processes.
• An active Life Insurance License is required or must be obtained.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles and comfort with remote, independent work are preferred but not required.
