Overview

Del Oro Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to support a global technology leader in advancing talent and organizational development. The role focuses on supporting HR Learning Partners with project management, coordination of learning initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR Learning Partners in planning, documenting, and tracking learning initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications for alignment and accountability.
  • Maintain trackers, intake forms, and dashboards to centralize information.
  • Coordinate alignment meetings and prepare learning materials for workshops.
  • Track engagement metrics and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with vendor management and finance processes including contracts and purchase requests.
  • Standardize templates and communications to drive process efficiency.
  • Support measurement and reporting of learning program success indicators.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in project or program coordination, ideally in L&D or HR initiatives.
  • Strong multi-tasking and detail orientation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools.
  • Self-starter with adaptability and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Preferred background in global, matrixed organizations and learning programs.

Engagement Details

This is a 100% remote W2 contract position with competitive hourly rates ($33–$40/hour) and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with company match. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and it is not a C2C opportunity.
