Finance Change Manager
Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years of experience supporting global technology organizations, is seeking a Finance Change Manager consultant to support multiple initiatives within our client’s Finance organization.
This role will work alongside an existing Change Manager to support a portfolio of finance initiatives across multiple business functions. The consultant will partner with stakeholders to execute change management deliverables including communications, training, and readiness activities across various programs.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where the consultant will independently own and deliver change management activities within an established framework.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of change management activities across multiple finance initiatives
- Own and deliver core change management deliverables including communications, training materials, stakeholder analysis, and readiness artifacts
- Execute established change plans across finance functions such as Order Management, Billing, Collections, Revenue Operations, procurement, sourcing, and workplace services
- Conduct and maintain change impact assessments to identify process, role, and system impacts
- Support training planning and development across multiple stakeholder groups
- Partner with project teams, functional stakeholders, and technical teams to support alignment and business readiness
- Execute communications to keep stakeholders informed throughout implementation
- Support GoLive readiness and post-GoLive activities to drive adoption and minimize disruption
- Provide ongoing support across additional finance programs and smaller initiatives as they arise
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on change management experience
- Experience supporting or working within finance organizations
- Proven ability to independently own and deliver change management deliverables
- Strong experience developing communications, training materials, and readiness assets
- Experience working within established change frameworks
- Experience supporting ERP or enterprise system implementations (SAP preferred, BRIM a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different programs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex changes into clear, actionable messaging
Position Details:
- Remote
- $60–69/hr on W2
- Contract opportunity
