Job Description
Change Management Consultant – Program Enablement
Del Oro Consulting is seeking a Change Management Consultant to support the rollout, adoption, and operational readiness of enterprise programs and platforms. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive structured delivery, user adoption, and cross-functional alignment.
Role Overview
The consultant will lead change initiatives to ensure new capabilities are effectively communicated, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day workflows. This includes stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training enablement, and close coordination with IT, product, and operations teams to support successful rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change initiatives using a Prosci-aligned methodology to support platform and program rollouts
- Partner with stakeholders to assess change impacts and develop tailored communication and adoption strategies
- Design and deliver training and enablement materials for end users
- Maintain program documentation, timelines, and status reporting
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business, product, IT, and operations teams
- Support feedback loops and continuous improvement by capturing user insights and adoption metrics
Required Skills & Experience
- Prosci certification or strong hands-on experience applying Prosci and ADKAR frameworks
- Experience leading enterprise change or digital enablement initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Details of Position
- Work Arrangement: Remote
- Hourly Rate: $50–58/hour, W2 Consultant
- Opportunity Type: Ongoing consulting engagement
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with company match
