Overview

The Program Analyst at Defense Logistics Agency focuses on project control, financial management, cost estimating, resourcing, and acquisition support across all system lifecycle phases.

Major Duties

This role is responsible for:

  • Providing process leadership and expertise.
  • Defining goals and objectives, prioritizing requirements, and executing budget and resourcing strategies.
  • Managing all life-cycle aspects of program management including design, development, integration, testing, configuration management, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinating with DoD, Federal Government, and private sector stakeholders via meetings and joint requirements boards.

Qualification Summary

Candidates must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 level (or equivalent) to qualify for the GS-14 role. Experience in developing and executing program implementation plans, testing, configuration management, strategic planning, and performance reporting is essential.
