Field Application Engineer AI Semiconductors
DEEPX is at the forefront of on-device AI semiconductor technology, aiming to make AI accessible to everyone, everywhere. We are seeking a passionate Field Application Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for clients.
- Assist with software integration and optimization of products.
- Analyze customer requirements and propose product improvements.
- Develop and deliver technical training materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product development and enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 20 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in embedded system software development.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming.
- Experience with development and debugging in a Linux environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NPU (Neural Processing Unit) or AI accelerators.
- Experience with RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems).
