About the Role

The AI Engineer will build and ship LLM-powered healthcare applications. This role involves ownership over new AI workflows from prototype to production, including direct customer engagement to ensure systems genuinely reduce clinician burnout.

• Develop and own end-to-end AI applications.
• Enhance LLM-powered documentation used by thousands daily.
• Optimize inference pipelines and real-time speech recognition systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, designers, clinical experts, and GTM teams.

About You

You are an exceptional talent with 3+ years in building production AI systems, experienced in LLM inference and comfortable working across the stack. A strong product sense and a penchant for speed and ownership are essential.

• Experience with LLM models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Llama.
• Exposure to ASR systems like Whisper is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards like FHIR and HL7 is beneficial.

Perks and Benefits
