Role Overview

The Technical Program Manager at DeepL is responsible for accelerating product delivery by planning and executing both technical and non-technical projects. Working closely with product, research, engineering, analytics, design, security, and go-to-market teams, you will drive alignment on program goals and ensure transparent execution across stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan programs with clear timelines and milestones.
  • Align teams on goals, scope, quality, and deadlines.
  • Define and mitigate risks while resolving execution obstacles.
  • Ensure transparency for all stakeholders.
  • Establish and pursue standardized project management artifacts.

Qualities We Look For

  • 4+ years of project/delivery management experience in tech.
  • At least 1 year as a Program Manager in a technology environment.
  • Technical education (computer science or similar) and strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with high EQ.
