Meet the Sales Team
The Sales team is crucial to DeepL's ambitious growth and market expansion plans. Their mission is to build high-performing sales teams that embody DeepL's innovative spirit. As an Enterprise Account Executive, Iberia, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding global reach. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Your Responsibilities as an Enterprise Account Executive, Iberia
- Grow the Iberian market for DeepL, bringing market-leading AI solutions to Enterprise organizations.
- Act as an ambassador for DeepL’s products and an expert on customer needs, rapidly resolving inquiries.
- Qualify and convert leads, managing the entire sales cycle for new business and incoming customers.
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
- Build a pipeline of new business and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Respond to a large volume of inbound prospects and customers, managing opportunities from qualification to close.
- Forecast and track all opportunities and customer details, including use cases, purchase timeframes, and next steps.
- Work closely with diverse, international teams across SDR to Marketing.
Qualities We Look For
- Proven experience in Enterprise SaaS sales within the Iberian market.
- Experience selling into and expanding Enterprise accounts, as well as selling emerging technologies and winning new logos.
- A consistent track record of overachieving against sales quotas.
- Ability to collaborate with and orchestrate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment, able to shift priorities and adapt to dynamic situations.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
