Role Summary

The Thai Speaking Customer Onboarding Manager at Deel will drive successful onboarding of customers by planning, executing, and monitoring the launch of our Global Employee Management Platform. The role demands strong project management, product expertise, communication skills, and problem solving abilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor platform implementation projects
  • Develop deep product expertise and industry insights
  • Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders
  • Analyze and resolve complex problems with creative solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Experience and R&D

Key Qualifications

  • Fluency in Thai and English
  • 2+ years experience in customer onboarding or implementation roles in B2B SaaS
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship abilities
  • High attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Bonus Points

  • 3+ years in Implementation or Technical Account Management at a fast-paced SaaS company
  • Experience with HR, Payroll, Benefits, or Fintech domains
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, and Gainsight
