Role Overview - Technical Lead, Engineering

In this role, you will drive technical decisions and lead the engineering team to deliver extraordinary product experiences while aligning with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and determine technical requirements.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with design and product teams for product excellence.
• Work with Team Lead and Product Manager for alignment with goals and timelines.
• Develop software architecture to meet team objectives and OKRs.
• Provide development expertise via pair programming and code reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development using Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript.
• 2+ years as a Tech Lead/Systems Architect.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
