Role Summary
In this player-coach role, you will manage a team of Payroll Specialists and actively support payroll execution across multiple customers and entities. You will implement process improvements, establish strong vendor relationships, and ensure payroll compliance.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for assigned customers and guide team members.
- Lead a team of Payroll Specialists for timely, compliant delivery.
- Implement and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls.
- Analyze payroll data to drive process enhancements.
- Deliver training and communication on payroll processes.
- Manage relationships with payroll vendors and tax authorities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years processing payroll for multiple entities.
- Strong knowledge of local payroll and HR regulations.
- Experience with local payroll systems and vendor management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bonus: People management experience.
