Responsibilities
- Work with go-to-market teams to showcase the White Label Platform.
- Consult with prospects to assess payroll practices and optimise processes.
- Lead technical discovery, RFP responses, demonstrations, and integration workshops.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to refine messaging and value delivery.
- Monitor white label legislation and trends to maintain expertise and service quality.
- Support partnership and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant.
- Experience in a White Label or HCM organization.
- Understanding of HCM and ERP payroll-based integrations, including Workday and SuccessFactors.
- Willingness to travel (around 10% or less).
- Outstanding presentation, collaborative team skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
