Role Overview: Solution Designer Payroll

As the Solution Designer Payroll, you will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that requirements translate into efficient, scalable solutions for Deel’s payroll engine.

Responsibilities

• Participate in deep dive sessions with subject matter experts.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and process flows.
• Document user stories on Azure DevOps and collaborate with developers.
• Design solutions during sessions using tools such as Figma.
• Provide functional support during development and testing phases.
• Coordinate with QA on story definitions and test plans.
• Facilitate smooth solution transitions into production.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing and daily agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Systems Business Analyst or Solution Designer.
• Certification in Business Analysis or Informatics is a plus.
• Experience with .Net framework and payroll/financial software is advantageous.
• Experience in designing wireframes/prototypes and working cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
