Role Overview
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Deel, you will recruit and lead the candidate experience for global revenue roles. You will work with hiring managers and key stakeholders to create scoring systems, refine interview processes, and source top talent in a hypergrowth environment.
Duties
- Recruit and lead candidate experience for global revenue positions.
- Create and maintain candidate scorecards with hiring managers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Deel product and team needs.
- Optimize interview processes to ensure exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with management to develop sourcing strategies and preserve company culture.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting across revenue roles in hypergrowth companies.
- Track record of hiring top talent in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in handling complex compensation, equity, and immigration queries.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to improve processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
