Role Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit top talent for revenue roles globally. You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to build candidate scorecards, refine interview processes, and develop effective sourcing strategies while upholding Deel’s culture and core principles.

Duties

  • Recruit and lead candidate experience for Revenue roles globally.
  • Create and maintain candidate scorecards in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Develop deep understanding of the Deel product and team needs.
  • Refine interview processes for efficiency and a great candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop sourcing strategies and maintain company culture.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting for Revenue roles in hypergrowth companies.
  • Proven track record of hiring top talent quickly in a scrappy recruitment function.
  • Ability to handle complex candidate inquiries on compensation, equity, immigration, etc.
  • Strong data and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience using data to optimize recruitment processes.
