About the Role

The Senior Product Manager - Payroll Expansion EMEA APAC will own and drive a portfolio of countries within the Global Payroll expansion team. You will mentor junior colleagues, manage complex projects, and work on high-impact initiatives to drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined portfolio of countries.
• Define product scope, success metrics, and business outcomes.
• Lead high-impact projects to drive growth and efficiency.
• Mentor and coach Junior Product Managers.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Prioritize backlog items for design and engineering teams.
• Manage internal and external product roadmaps and communications.
• Champion best practices across the product function.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, fintech or payroll environment.
• Proven end-to-end product ownership.
• Expertise in mentoring and guiding junior colleagues.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills and autonomy in decision-making.
