About the Role
The Senior Product Manager - Payroll Expansion EMEA APAC will own and drive a portfolio of countries within the Global Payroll expansion team. You will mentor junior colleagues, manage complex projects, and work on high-impact initiatives to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a defined portfolio of countries.
- Define product scope, success metrics, and business outcomes.
- Lead high-impact projects to drive growth and efficiency.
- Mentor and coach Junior Product Managers.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps.
- Prioritize backlog items for design and engineering teams.
- Manage internal and external product roadmaps and communications.
- Champion best practices across the product function.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, fintech or payroll environment.
- Proven end-to-end product ownership.
- Expertise in mentoring and guiding junior colleagues.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills and autonomy in decision-making.
