About the Role
The Senior Product Manager Payroll Expansion EMEA APAC leads a portfolio of countries within the Global Payroll expansion team. This role involves defining product scope, success metrics, and business outcomes, while mentoring junior Product Managers and managing complex projects with significant business impact.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a defined portfolio of countries.
- Define product scope, success metrics, and business outcomes.
- Lead high-impact projects and support organizational growth.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps.
- Partner with Solution Design to deliver clear requirements.
- Prioritize backlog items and oversee sprint planning.
- Manage stakeholder communications with senior leaders.
- Act as escalation point for cross-functional and country-specific challenges.
- Champion best practices within the product function.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, fintech, or payroll environments.
- Proven track record in end-to-end product ownership and roadmap management.
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills.
- Autonomous decision-making and influential at senior levels.
