Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager Payroll Expansion EMEA APAC owns and drives a portfolio of countries within the Global Payroll expansion team. This role mentors junior colleagues, manages complex projects, and translates strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a defined portfolio of countries.
  • Define product scope, success metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Lead high-impact projects driving growth and efficiency.
  • Mentor Junior and mid-level Product Managers.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable roadmaps.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and manage key stakeholder communications.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Experience in payroll, compliance, or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end product ownership.
  • Strong mentorship and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical, data-driven, and stakeholder management capabilities.
