Position Overview

The Senior Partner Operations Analyst role is a strategic position focused on accelerating customer growth and partner productivity. You will own partner and customer growth performance tracking, refine pipeline strategies, and leverage advanced analytics and AI to optimize performance.

  • Lead strategic initiatives and implement critical tools.
  • Design and drive data-driven pipeline growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Optimize tracking, attribution processes, and automated workflows.
  • Conduct deep-dive performance reviews and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Partner Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Own evaluation, selection, and implementation of tools and technologies.
  • Architect holistic pipeline acquisition strategies to maximize revenue potential.
  • Partner at the executive level to improve sales productivity and conversion efficiency.
  • Oversee and refine partner referral attribution processes and tracking.
  • Drive operational excellence through automation and scalable workflows.
  • Lead revenue performance reviews and manage end-to-end projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • 3-5 years in sales operations, partnership operations, or revenue operations.
  • A strong understanding of SaaS operations and sales tech stacks, including Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and translate data insights.
  • Experience with demand funnel metrics and pipeline operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
