Role Overview: Senior Customer Success Manager

This role focuses on high-value strategic accounts, proactive risk management, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You will drive adoption of platform features and work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Develop comprehensive account strategies for long-term success.

Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years of relevant, client-facing experience in fast-growth startups, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity. Must be quantitatively inclined, data savvy, and a proven relationship builder. A self-starter with a track record of achievement, strong analytical skills, and a growth mentality is essential for this role.
