The Opportunity: Senior Backend Engineer

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Deel, you will play a crucial role in building the infrastructure for the future of global work. This position involves deep collaboration, hands-on development, and a focus on delivering high-value outcomes in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and architects on planning.
• Document user requirements, develop user stories, estimates, and work plans.
• Prepare reports, manuals, and documentation for software status and maintenance.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Microsoft technologies.
• Utilize .NET, .NET Core, Azure, VB.NET, and MS-SQL in application development.
• Manage tasks and application code using Azure DevOps.
