Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative SMB role is critical in generating top-of-funnel growth. You will identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers through inbound and outbound prospecting while contributing directly to pipeline development and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities via email, phone, social channels and events.
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients and their needs.
  • Create and execute outreach sequences including personalized email campaigns and cold-calling.
  • Engage current customers to identify cross-sell or expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM and sales tools.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales development, business development or outbound roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-friendly environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with growth orientation and self-motivation.
