Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in a similar outbound sales role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience in HR, Fintech, or fast-growing startup environments preferred
