Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market
Deel is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Mid-Market team, focusing on the DACH region. This pivotal role involves breaking into new accounts and cultivating strong relationships with various contacts across all levels of target customer segments. As a Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market, you will directly contribute to Deel's bottom line by driving growth through strategic prospecting and lead generation efforts.

Your Responsibilities
- Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will convert into opportunities and closed business.
- Collaborate with our experienced sales team to help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
- Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and various campaigns.
- Identify and deeply understand each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
- Generate compelling email sequences and execute cold-calls to map and penetrate target accounts.
- Conduct consistent follow-up calls and emails until meetings are successfully scheduled.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role.
- Native or fluent proficiency in German.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively source solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong growth mindset.
- A talent for writing effective email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
- Adaptable and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment.
- An active relationship builder capable of collaborating with internal and external teams to continuously improve processes and communication workflows.
- Prior experience in an HR or Fintech company is preferred.
- Previous experience at a fast-growing startup is preferred.
- Successful experience working in a remote & distributed team is preferred.
