Role Summary
The Sales Development Representative plays a vital role in driving growth by generating high-quality outbound leads, engaging prospects, and collaborating with the sales team to expand our business. This role offers direct impact on the company’s journey and career acceleration for the individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Generate high-quality outbound leads that convert into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate & Learn: Work with a seasoned sales team to refine the Sales Playbook.
- Engage & Educate: Use diverse channels to educate prospects about our global HR solutions.
- Master the Process: Understand each stage, from lead generation to handoff to Account Executives.
- Build & Refine Outreach: Create email sequences and engage via cold calls.
- Follow Through: Ensure timely follow-ups to nurture relationships and set up meetings.
What We’re Looking For
