Job Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager Customer Insights & Community at Deel, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric go-to-market strategies. You will own customer insights, launch impactful campaigns, and manage programs that turn customer voices into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale Deel’s global community engine.
  • Own and facilitate Advisory Boards including HR, IT, and Payroll sectors.
  • Translate customer feedback into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Design programs and campaigns that fuel product launches and customer storytelling.
  • Lead audience research and maintain governance of buyer personas and ICPs.
  • Advise stakeholders with fast, data-backed guidance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years in product marketing management or related field in a fast-paced tech environment, with strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
