Overview
At Deel, the Product Marketing Manager Customer Insights & Community drives customer-centric go-to-market strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, design, customer success, and marketing. This role is key in owning customer insights, launching impactful campaigns, and managing programs that transform data into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build Deel’s global community engine to fuel launches.
- Own and scale Advisory Boards across HR, IT, and Payroll.
- Translate customer feedback into clear product and marketing recommendations.
- Design programs and campaigns that amplify customer voices.
- Lead audience research with innovative VoC pipelines and dashboards.
- Own and govern buyer personas and ICP playbooks for GTM teams.
- Provide rapid, data-backed customer insights across teams.
Qualifications
Applicants should have over 4 years of experience in product marketing management or consumer marketing in hyper-growth tech environments. You must demonstrate strategic thinking, strong analytical and creative skills, and proven experience leading cross-functional go-to-market campaigns.
