Role Overview: Payroll Implementation Manager Romania Temporary

You will oversee and manage the end-to-end implementation and data migration of payroll systems. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate data transfer, seamless configuration and client onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project kick-offs and maintain detailed project plans
  • Manage client communications and project status reporting
  • Define payroll process requirements and set-up configurations
  • Oversee data migration and system testing to ensure accuracy
  • Implement change management strategies and produce audit reports

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years in global payroll implementation and operations, strong knowledge of payroll processes, client-facing project management, and familiarity with payroll systems. PMP certification is a plus along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required (Master’s preferred).
