Role Overview
As an Operations Manager, you lead cross-functional teams, automate processes, mitigate risks, and improve customer outcomes through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence & Automation: Optimize workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive automation initiatives.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure adherence to controls and regulatory compliance.
- Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Enhance key metrics and implement customer-focused process improvements.
- Strategic Initiatives & Support: Coordinate operational readiness for new product and market launches.
Key Qualifications
3–5 years in operations, preferably in Tech or FinTech. Must demonstrate strong analytical skills, experience with process automation, and understanding of risk management.
