Role Overview: Manager, Talent Acquisition

As the Manager, Talent Acquisition for the NAM Revenue team, you will oversee staffing strategy, resource planning, team management and hitting KPIs. You will partner with HR Business Partners and Revenue leadership to drive critical hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Sourcers and Recruiters
  • Design and execute strategic staffing initiatives
  • Serve as a full lifecycle Recruiter on critical openings
  • Implement creative recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Ensure consistent talent acquisition processes across the organization

Qualifications

8+ years recruiting experience across multiple disciplines; 4+ years in a leadership role within Talent Acquisition; experience in high tech/startup environments; strong data and KPI orientation; creative strategist with tactical abilities; comfortable with ambiguity; and excellent relationship development skills.
