Role Overview: Demand Generation Manager - North America

This role is a career accelerator at Deel. You will drive demand generation through sponsorships, advertorials, content syndication, and more outside traditional paid social and search channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage demand generation and sponsorship efforts beyond paid channels.
  • Research new publishers and trend opportunities for Deel.
  • Oversee campaign budgeting, performance KPIs, and reporting.
  • Establish processes and best practices for campaign management.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and local marketing managers.
  • Educate teams on the latest trends and performance insights.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a similar demand generation or paid channel role, preferably in B2B/SaaS.
  • Experience with performance metrics (CPM, CPL, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, creative, and data-driven skill set.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a bonus.
