Role Overview: Demand Generation Manager - North America
This role is a career accelerator at Deel. You will drive demand generation through sponsorships, advertorials, content syndication, and more outside traditional paid social and search channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage demand generation and sponsorship efforts beyond paid channels.
- Research new publishers and trend opportunities for Deel.
- Oversee campaign budgeting, performance KPIs, and reporting.
- Establish processes and best practices for campaign management.
- Collaborate with regional teams and local marketing managers.
- Educate teams on the latest trends and performance insights.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar demand generation or paid channel role, preferably in B2B/SaaS.
- Experience with performance metrics (CPM, CPL, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
- Strong analytical, creative, and data-driven skill set.
- Excellent communication and relationship building capabilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a bonus.
