Role Overview - Demand Generation Manager

As a Demand Generation Manager at Deel, you will drive non-paid social and search channels including sponsorships, advertorials, and content syndication. Your role is to manage campaign budgeting, analyze KPIs, and build lasting relationships with regional and global partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage demand generation and sponsorship efforts outside paid channels.
  • Research new buyers, publishers and channels for growth.
  • Oversee campaign budgeting, performance analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with local marketing managers on regional trends.
  • Establish processes, templates, and best practices for campaign management.
  • Educate cross-functional teams on trends, performance, and insights.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years in similar paid channel roles in B2B/SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge in various buys (CPM, CPL, etc.) and performance metrics.
  • Experience working autonomously with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven with dashboard and analytics tool expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual is a plus.
