Role Overview - Demand Generation Manager
As a Demand Generation Manager at Deel, you will drive non-paid social and search channels including sponsorships, advertorials, and content syndication. Your role is to manage campaign budgeting, analyze KPIs, and build lasting relationships with regional and global partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage demand generation and sponsorship efforts outside paid channels.
- Research new buyers, publishers and channels for growth.
- Oversee campaign budgeting, performance analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with local marketing managers on regional trends.
- Establish processes, templates, and best practices for campaign management.
- Educate cross-functional teams on trends, performance, and insights.
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years in similar paid channel roles in B2B/SaaS.
- Strong knowledge in various buys (CPM, CPL, etc.) and performance metrics.
- Experience working autonomously with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven with dashboard and analytics tool expertise.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual is a plus.
