Your Role as a Customer Onboarding Manager
As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful integration of Deel's clients, guiding them through complex onboarding and offboarding processes. You will serve as a product expert, troubleshoot client issues, and actively contribute to optimizing workflows.
- Help customers navigate low and medium-touch onboarding and offboarding journeys.
- Support teammates with escalations and daily questions regarding processes and Deel products.
- Take on additional responsibilities to lead complex projects, driving process and product improvements for broader team impact.
- Set customers up for success promptly by becoming a comprehensive expert in Deel products.
- Problem-solve client issues and proactively advocate for client success.
- Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Suggest and implement ideas for optimizing customer onboarding workflows through process improvements and product automation.
- Lead key initiatives and internal projects.
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in customer onboarding within a SaaS environment.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an onboarding/integration manager role, with a strong understanding of launching and managing complex onboarding journeys.
- Experience managing a complex B2B SaaS product and quickly becoming a product expert.
- Creative approach to problem-solving, embracing challenges with available tools.
- Excellent communicator with strong written and presentation skills.
- A relationship builder who remains calm under pressure and celebrates partner successes.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management principles and ability to successfully lead projects to completion.
- A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality, thriving in fast-paced, high-responsibility roles.
- Solid track record of achievement, including success at a top-tier company, quantifiable business impact, quickly assuming responsibilities, or winning competitive awards.
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
- Naturally curious and interested in making a significant impact.
