Role Overview - CloudOps Engineer
This role focuses on designing and managing monitoring and observability tools, overseeing AWS deployments, managing Active Directory and Windows operations, and implementing DevOps principles including CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage monitoring tools for production troubleshooting.
- Oversee Active Directory and Windows operations.
- Supervise AWS deployments on AWS EKS.
- Implement CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot product microservices and databases.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4+ years in Infrastructure Operations with 2+ years in DevOps.
- Experience with AWS cloud computing and EKS.
- Proficient in bash, Python, and PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with GitOps, CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like DataDog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
