Role Overview

As an Account Executive, Mid-Market at Deel, you will drive significant impact by developing your own territory and managing the customer buying journey. You will work with companies with 201-2,000 employees, serving as a trusted sales consultant.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a targeted account list and territory plan
  • Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline via individual outreach and collaboration
  • Keep the CRM system updated with accurate customer data

Requirements

  • Based in the US or Canada
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (1+ year in Mid-Market)
  • Proven ability to develop a greenfield territory and secure new logos
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Desire to evolve in a fast-paced startup environment
