About the Role - Account Executive IT - SMB
This role is critical to driving sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with clients in the APAC region. The candidate will focus on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and continuously building a robust sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Grow and own a targeted account list
- Develop a territory plan for acquiring prospective business
- Manage the customer buying journey providing subject matter expertise
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Keep CRM system updated with customer information and forecasts
Qualifications
- Based in Australia with 2+ years quota carrying sales experience
- Experience selling technical products or IT solutions such as endpoint security or mobile device management
- Proven track record in developing greenfield territories and full sales cycle execution
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer success
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
