What You’ll Do at Account Executive, Expansion, SMB
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs.
- Drive product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets while maintaining accurate SFDC data.
- Act as a client advocate to enhance the buyer experience.
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of closing sales experience; minimum 2 years selling into the MEA market.
- Proven track record in developing greenfield territories and expanding business.
- Proficiency in SFDC.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment with growing responsibility.
