Role Overview
As an Account Executive, Deel IT SMB, you will own the full sales cycle, targeting SMB customers (up to 200 employees) for a software-led product. You will focus on net new logo acquisition, build strong pipelines, and navigate complex commercial deals.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive new business in SMB market segments.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle and close deals.
- Articulate Deel IT value proposition and build customer relationships.
- Partner with BDRs to develop strong pipelines.
- Forecast sales and exceed revenue targets.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years selling IT SaaS or related solutions.
- Proven success as a net new logo hunter.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex commercial deals.
- Experience in pipeline building and collaboration.
