The Opportunity

The Territory Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving growth across an assigned territory by acquiring new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships. This role is ideal for a hunter-minded sales professional who leverages data-driven decision-making and takes full ownership of a defined geographic market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow existing territory through strong selling skills and strategic planning.
  • Create and execute territory optimization strategies to maximize efficiency.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Utilize data to assess territory potential and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Manage full cycle sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track critical market insights.
  • Foster strong relationships with key veterinarians and distributor representatives.
  • Provide feedback on marketing programs and distributor promotions.
  • Leverage medical and business insights to drive sales growth.
  • Travel extensively within the territory and attend regional/national events.

What We Look For

Minimum 3 years of success in field sales, territory management, or b2b account development. Proven experience in full cycle sales with overachievement of targets. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office is essential. Candidates should be proactive, self-motivated, and data-driven, with strong territory optimization, planning, and discipline.
