Our Data & AI Center of Excellence is looking for a Product Manager based in Lille.

You will join the Data & AI Center of Excellence to lead Collibra, our reference data governance tool. Your role is to be the bridge between governance standards and their digital execution to transform every insight into strategic decisions.

Your Future Contribution

Working alongside a technical expert, you will be the conductor of our Collibra Data Catalog solution. Your role is to transform our governance standards into a fluid and value-creating product experience:

• Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the catalog roadmap in alignment with the needs of the communities (Governance, Platform, Producers).
• Product Discovery: Identify priority features by understanding business challenges and user journeys (personas) and ensure interoperability with other existing components of the data platform.
• Agile Delivery: Write User Stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog between business value and technical feasibility.
• Adoption & Culture: Become the catalog ambassador by creating training materials and leading evangelization sessions.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure support, tool configuration (assets, workflows), and CSAT (user satisfaction) piloting.

What You Bring

Your recent experiences have allowed you to develop expertise in data governance standards and consolidate your product management knowledge. You understand data quality concepts, lineage, and data dictionaries. You know how to transform a strategic vision into concrete and actionable deliverables. Significant prior experience with Collibra (or an equivalent tool) is a real asset. You have the ability to unite diverse stakeholders and simplify complex technical subjects. You know how to arbitrate priorities to ensure a robust and scalable product.
