Our core demographic is Chinese millennials and Gen-Zers, most who are coming to a new country for University or Grad school. We reach over 26M consumers through Dealmoon's website, app and via Weibo & WeChat. We work with over 3,000 of the world's biggest brands from Apple to Dior. Job Responsibilities

Deal Discovery & Content Creation

• Research promotions from various retailers and create beauty-related deal content.
• Highlight discount details and product features clearly and accurately.
• Stay sensitive to price changes and product characteristics.

Campaign Planning & Promotion

• Bring creative ideas and provide suggestions based on promotion strategies.
• Create content that aligns with current trends, events, and news.
• Promote beauty and health deals across multiple platforms and channels.

Data Analysis & Collaboration

• Use basic Excel and data analysis skills to support daily work.
• Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Highly efficient, with strong multitasking and time management skills;
• Passionate about the beauty industry, knowledgeable about products, and interested in discovering deals and discounts;
• Responsible, self-motivated, outgoing, with strong communication and execution skills;
• Strong writing skills, quick learner, and able to work well under pressure;
• Prior experience in the advertising industry (1+ year) is preferred.
