Role Overview
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for functional business analysis, requirements definition, and IT project validation. This role includes documenting, testing, and communicating detailed business requirements as well as managing project timelines and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis: Develop and document current and improved business processes.
- System Knowledge Transfer: Educate users on new workflow processes and IT systems.
- Customer Support: Address incident requests within Service Level Agreements and engage in root cause analysis.
- Project Management: Create project timelines, milestones, and drive project deadlines.
- Requirements & Quality Management: Lead in recording business requirements and testing system changes.
Benefits & Compensation
Competitive base pay ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, with additional commission, bonus or profit sharing possibilities. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a 401k match.
