Job Description
Expert Linux Red Hat Satellite (H/F)
We are looking for an Expert Linux Red Hat Satellite (H/F) to join a Unix Systems team and strengthen the BUILD pole in a DevOps environment with a strong focus on physical servers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational maintenance of physical Linux environments.
- Industrialization and automation of Linux administration tasks.
- Installation, upgrade, and hardening of physical servers.
- Technical support and complex incident management for physical servers.
- Contribution to infrastructure projects: obsolescence, tool updates, automation, etc.
- Participation in cross-functional projects with IT and business teams.
- Writing and updating operating procedures and architecture documents.
Your Profile:
- Holder of a BUT, Licence, Bac+3 or equivalent significant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Technical Environment:
- Expertise in Linux (Red Hat) and open-source technologies.
- Proficiency in Unix authentication systems (LDAP).
- Automation and continuous integration tools: Ansible, Git, GitLab, Artifactory.
- Scripting and programming languages: Shell, Python, YAML.
- Virtualization and containers: VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, Swarm, OpenShift.
- Load balancing and high availability: HAProxy, Pacemaker.
- Management of physical servers and hardware (DELL, HP), firmware updates.
- Patch management tool: Red Hat Satellite.
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, etc.).
