Join DCI Engineers in our San Francisco, CA office as an Office Operations Assistant and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a dynamic structural engineering practice. This position works closely with the Office Operations Manager to help ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and provides a consistently high-quality workplace experience for staff and visitors.

What You’ll Do

As an Office Operations Assistant, you will provide on-site administrative and operational support for the San Francisco office, working under the direction of the Office Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative functions in a professional services environment.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office space for employees and visitors.
  • Assist with facilities coordination and vendor interactions as needed.
  • Provide support on active projects including setup, data entry and tracking, and document organization with Project Managers and office leadership.
  • Support onboarding logistics, internal events, and employee recognition efforts.
  • Serve as a visible on-site support resource for staff, assisting with routine office and operational needs.
