Overview
The Senior Business Analyst at DCG is responsible for consultancy, analysis, and problem solving, specifically supporting the delivery of the CRM programme. This role involves capturing and documenting project requirements and addressing complex business issues.
Responsibilities
Apply advanced business analysis techniques to elicit, capture, and document project requirements. Work with internal stakeholders to document and improve existing business processes and systems, and facilitate developing a roadmap for change. Use various approaches including requirements mapping, process analysis, user testing, cost/impact modelling, and benefits mapping to support initiative design, development, testing, and delivery.
- Develop cogent business case presentations to influence decision-makers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders across various business units.
- Plan and coordinate work activities to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to drive cultural and process change.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of business analysis experience, with specialization in Salesforce Service Cloud/Sales Cloud.
- Professional qualifications in business analysis.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven record in handling customer-facing CRM systems.
- Degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience with strong English communication skills.
- Desirable certifications include BCS Business Analysis Foundation, AgileBA, PMI-PBA, or relevant Salesforce certifications.
