About Db

Born in Scandinavia, Db makes backpacks and luggage designed for creators, athletes, and explorers who live life on the move. With a solid presence in Europe, we are now scaling in the US.

The Role

As US Brand Manager, you will be our point person in America, shaping Db's growth story alongside our sales agencies, key accounts, and cultural communities. You will balance strategy with execution: one moment aligning retail plans in meetings, the next rolling up your sleeves to execute events across Brooklyn, Seattle, or the Rockies.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead US brand strategy in close partnership with sales agencies (Waypoint, Seattle, and PLUSPLUS, New York).
  • Develop and execute long-term key account marketing plans with retailers.
  • Act as a cultural radar in key US hubs such as NYC, Seattle, Denver, and San Francisco.
  • Conceptualize and execute events that connect Db with creators, athletes and consumers.
  • Bridge the gap between Scandinavian HQ and the US market working across time zones.

Who You Are

You are a marketer who expertly blends strategy and execution. With experience in brand management, retail marketing, or account marketing—particularly in consumer goods, fashion, or action sports—you are resourceful, culturally in-tune, and ready to work across time zones.
